Jim Schwartz, M.S.
Founder & President
Jim's experience in the ophthalmic industry began in 1997 when he started working with Marco Technologies as a high-tech product sales representative. There, he instantly recognized the value of efficiency in optimizing resources. His expertise in understanding and evaluating eye care practices has helped hundreds of offices across North Carolina, South Carolina and Virginia more efficiently improve patient flow and increase revenues. |

Business/Operations Manager
Laura's multi-faceted role includes developing and implementing internal systems, serving as the financial and marketing manager and lead contact for customer issue resolution and for Rental Services. |
Alan Genser
Rental and Installation Technician
Alan started with Carolina Optics in August of 2006. He is our primary rental technician and handles many of our Kowa and Heidelberg product installation. Alan has a technical background and spent several years in production lighting and rigging. |

Marketing Support
Susan works with us part-time in the office in marketing support and customer service. |
