The Cellchek specular microscope represents the latest in endothelial cell analysis algorithms, computer technology and database as well as a full and semi-automated cell analysis package. This feature reduces the exam and analysis time to less than 30 seconds. This software allows the operator to use the computer to assist in assessing key endothelial parameters and track changes in patients over time. A non-contact pachymetry is featured and the microscope system includes all peripheral hardware, motorized table, printer, and color LCD.

The Cellchek XL™ includes the same features as the Cellchek SP as well as five fixation points― central, along with four peripheral targets to give a more comprehensive look at the cornea. The System also locates the site on the cornea where the photograph was taken. This is valuable when you wish to return to the same location on the cornea after surgery or for sequential follow up. The system also has a non-contact pachymetry feature in all five target zones.
