The SP-8800 also performs analysis on parameters, such as cell density, coefficient variation and percentage of cells that are six sided.

The SP-9000 offers all the SP-8800 features, plus the automatic measurement of central corneal thickness. Peripheral pachymetry measurements can also be taken when specifically using Pachy mode. Images of the cells and the data may be printed on an optional video printer and/or stored on one of the three CPU-based storage systems.
